Your data, handled with care

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order history. We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed directly by Stripe, and card details are entered inside Stripe's own secure fields.

Your information is used to produce and deliver your made-to-order miniatures, terrain, and storage, to provide order updates and support, and to manage your account. If you opt in, we may send occasional release and restock emails — you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data only with the service providers that make the workshop run: Stripe for payments, our shipping carriers for delivery, and email infrastructure for transactional and (opt-in) marketing messages. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the storefront is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Reach us through the contact page and we'll respond promptly.
