The fine print

MimicWorkshop is a curated tabletop manufacturing brand operated from Davie, Florida. We are not a marketplace and we do not sell STL files — we manufacture physical products from a small, intentional set of commercially licensed sources.

Most of our catalog is printed on demand specifically for your order. Production begins after payment is confirmed, and stated production windows are estimates, not guarantees. Because items are produced for you, made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once production has started. See our returns policy for the damaged/defective guarantee that always applies.

Our miniatures and terrain are produced under commercial license from Cast N Play, and our storage systems under the Modi Case ecosystem. You purchase a finished physical product for personal tabletop use. No rights to the underlying designs, STL files, or brand marks are transferred, and resale or commercial reproduction of the designs is not permitted.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Orders are charged at checkout through Stripe for the total shown, including any applicable shipping and tax. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the event of a pricing or stock error.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. MimicWorkshop's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
