If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return shipping required for defective items.

Because most of our catalog is printed on demand specifically for your order, made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This keeps production sustainable and waste-free. The damaged/defective guarantee above always applies.

Unopened, stocked accessories may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
